Absolutely not! Whilst we manufacture trade-quality cabinets for cabinet makers and builders, DIY super stars and homeowners are welcome to sign up and order for personal projects.

 

Can I get benchtops through you?

Unfortunately, not at this stage – it’s a work in process!

 

How does online ordering work?

Start by creating a new job in the Cut2Coat portal. Enter your job name, reference code, contact number, and an optional project description.

Select whether you’d like your order picked up or delivered, then create the job. You’ll instantly receive a unique job number, which will be used as your reference for quotes, orders, and support enquiries.

How accurate is your cutting?

Every cabinet is manufactured using advanced CNC machining technology, delivering exceptional accuracy with tolerances of less than 1mm.

Precise measurements are the foundation of a perfect fit. That’s why we’ve created easy-to-follow measuring guides to help ensure your cabinetry fits seamlessly during installation.

 

Is it easy to assemble my own cabinets?

Yes. All cabinets are supplied with pre-drilled holes for assembly and hardware installation, making the build process straight forward and efficient.

We provide comprehensive assembly guides, video tutorials, and step-by-step instructions suitable for both professionals and DIY renovators are also being added soon.

 

Can I order specialised cabinet products?

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll gain access to our extensive library of cabinetry products. Every cabinet is fully customisable, allowing you to adjust dimensions, materials, finishes, and configurations to suit your project.

Need something different? You can submit variation requests directly through the portal, and if the product you’re looking for isn’t in the catalogue, our team is here to help.

 

How do I create an account and start designing?

Click Sign Up and enter your details to create an account. Once registered, you’ll have full access to the Cut2Coat design and ordering portal, where you can browse products, customise cabinetry, view instant pricing, and place orders online.

 

Can I save templates to reuse for multiple jobs?

Yes — you can duplicate existing cabinet layouts and projects for new jobs, eliminating the need to redraw them from scratch.

 

What services do you provide?

CNC board cutting, edge banding, flat-pack cabinetry, hardware supply, and custom cabinetry solutions (available on request)

While we manufacture and supply high-quality cabinetry components, we do not provide measure-up or installation services currently.

 

Do you make everything locally?

Yes – all cutting, edging, coating, and cabinet assembly are completed locally at our Brendale manufacturing facility.

By keeping production in-house, we maintain strict quality control, faster turnaround times, and consistent workmanship across every project.

 

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality Australian-made board products, including HMR (High Moisture Resistant) particleboard, and offer a range of premium finishes such as melamine and polyurethane (2 Pac).

All materials are carefully selected for their durability, performance, and finish quality.

 

I signed up but didn’t receive my password — what now?

First, check your Spam or Junk folder, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there.

If you still can’t find your login details, use the Password Reset option with the same email address you used to register. A new password will be sent to you shortly.

What is the timeframe on my order?

Most melamine and 2 Pac cabinetry orders are completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Because our 2 Pac finishing is completed in-house, we’re able to manufacture and finish 2 Pac projects within a similar timeframe to melamine orders, helping keep lead times fast and consistent.

 

What if I need a rapid turnaround?

Select from our range of stocked boards — these are always available. Jobs using stocked boards can often be completed in as little as 1-2 weeks (sometimes even faster).

 

Do you assemble cabinets?

Yes. We supply custom flat-pack cabinetry and also offer an assembly service for customers who prefer their cabinets delivered pre-assembled and ready for installation.

 

Is your online ordering system only for trades?

The Cut2Coat portal is designed primarily for cabinet makers, builders, and trade professionals who need fast, accurate cabinetry manufacturing and ordering.

However, DIY renovators and homeowners are also welcome. Whether you’re managing multiple projects or renovating your own home, you can access the same design tools, instant pricing, and professional-quality manufacturing through the platform.

 

Are your products Australian-made?

Yes. We use high-quality Australian-made board products and manufacture everything locally at our Brendale facility.

All cutting, edging, coating, and cabinet assembly are completed in-house.

 

What’s the fastest way to get an accurate quote?

Yes. The online portal allows you to customise sizes, colours, materials, and finishes to suit your project.

As you make changes, pricing updates in real time, giving you complete visibility over costs before you place your order.

 

Can I save my design and return to it later?

Yes. All designs can be saved, revisited, and edited at any time.

Whether you’re still refining your project or need to make changes later, your designs remain accessible within the portal, allowing you to update dimensions, materials, finishes, and configurations whenever required.

 

Do you work on areas other than kitchens?

Absolutely. While kitchens are a popular application, Cut2Coat can manufacture cabinetry for a wide range of residential and commercial projects, including:

Do you check measure?

No. Cut2Coat does not provide on-site measure-up services. We manufacture your cabinetry based on the measurements you provide.

Measuring is straightforward, and we offer guides and support to help you get it right. If you need assistance, simply give us a call, or your installer can complete a check measure before ordering.

 

Can I pick up my order?

Once your order is ready, you’ll be notified by SMS and email.

Orders can be collected from our Brendale facility Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 2:00pm. Please contact our team to confirm your preferred pickup time before arriving.

 

Do your cabinets come with hardware?

Yes. Our flat-pack cabinetry includes high-quality Blum hardware for reliable performance and long-term durability.

All cabinet panels are pre-drilled specifically for Blum hinges and drawer systems, ensuring accurate alignment and straightforward assembly.
